At Compaxo, we roll the grilled sausages in the seasonings, which are formulated in our own seasoning room. The sausages are grilled until the coating of the sausage gets a crispy bite. Grilled sausage has a savoury and full flavour.

Various flavour variants are available, for example cheese, chilli, teriyaki and mushroom. Moreover, various calibres and grammages are available. Finally, it is possible to buy grilled sausage as a slice log, bulk piece and sliced in pack.

Warm grilled sausage is irresistible, so we recommend reheating it in the oven and serving it on a drinks board or on a sandwich with honey mustard sauce.
