We start with the basics: good meat from reliable sources. After that, we turn up the heat with Jord’s signature rubs and sauces full of spices, sweetness, spice and power. Next, we mimic the real barbecue process in our grills and smokers. We use three types of smoking wood: apple, cherry and pecan, each with its own character and depth. The result: meat that slowly builds flavour, is smoked and grilled, just like you would do in a low & slow BBQ session.
